2. Purpose of the service

Agro GPS is a digital field notebook for farms: it records tasks, validates plant-protection products against the mirror of the Spanish MAPA registry and keeps the farm notebook in a format compatible with Spain's SIEX digital notebook. Official homologation of the regional submission is in progress; until it completes, direct submission to each regional registry is not operational.

3. Terms of use

• Use the service lawfully and appropriately.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you record; Agro GPS is the recording tool, the notebook's content belongs to the farm owner.
• Plans and prices are always shown before purchase. No lock-in. Exporting your own data is free at all times, also after cancelling.
• Fraudulent or abusive use may lead to suspension of access.

4. Intellectual property

The design, source code, logos, texts and graphics of this site and the app belong to their owner. Parcel data comes from official public sources (Spanish Cadastre, SIGPAC); plant-protection registry data comes from the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture (MAPA).

5. Disclaimer

Agro GPS provides access to third-party public data (cadastre, SIGPAC, product registry, weather). We do not guarantee its accuracy or timeliness; verify against official sources before taking legal or economic decisions. In-app validations and alerts are preventive aids and do not replace the product label or professional judgement.

7. Governing law

Spanish law applies. Disputes are subject to the Courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
